Meditating with Karen

Sound Bath

Nature Meditation

“Of all the many meaningful and moving mediations you have shared with us, perhaps the one that resonated the most for me was one you gave on Earth Day.  On that day, your mediation encouraged us to “feel the earth,” and we joyfully joined you by baring our feet.  It had rained the evening before, so the earth was soft and the air was fragrant. That meditation was also a perfect example of how you almost always connect your words to important teachings or principles.  That day you shared words from the immortal Thich Nhất Hạnh.  Through your words, your use of sound and appreciation for the seasons of the earth, your meditations help us see how we are part of something much bigger than ourselves.  I love being a part of the mediation community that you have created. “       -Mark P.
